Please add to the list of upcoming cultures:
beets and ginger (pretty damn yummy, ask Patrick or Christy for some quick)
italian style, banana peppers, cauliflower, carrots, etc.
beets and turnips (thanks Anne)
tomatillo salsa (don't know if it will work but it's worth trying)
