I'm down with the hotness...I love hot...next time I'd like to make a version of the pepper relish with a little more of the habenero and serano...about the same on the jalapeppers, onion and garlic...what about a touch of celantro...but not too much at first...the tomatillo salsa you mentioned sounds nice as well...at least a small batch would be fun to try...I could probly dip from the regular indgredients and add the other stuff...call me firemouth!!!Blas
